My favorite ab exercise is using an ab wheel where while on knees roll out in front extended and then back to hunched position. It’s like plank exercise on steroids. It’s brutal, but works.
I think i can trump that evercise steven with, The Hanging Leg Raise, it a killer! Primarily working the lower abs.
